seats, done by my self

seat.jpg

wait....whats going on here?????????!

Legal TL scores145.6 on the dash sealed up in the low 40hz area with the port out145.5 on the dash sealed up @30hz with the port inless then 1k clamped on a 3.5k!

Why would you EVER WANT flex?
huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?

false floor is done, had to cut out the seat brakets to make the floor flush all the way across, turned out pretty good, the box is facing that way because thats what turned out to be the loudest after turning the box every which way lol, so there it stays

btw everyone come out the the TDH/PCA show at Pulse Car Audio in maryland, its an all music show, no burps! come out have fun and get bassed!

Yes it does, aside from only doing 45 on the dash, and blowing a sub no updates lol

Did you replace ALL of the leather on your seats? Cause my jeep seats are F'ED lol I really want to get them redone with all new leather...

Also the best combo for our style jeeps is subs up port back (At the bottom) about 10" from the hatch (without the plastic on) that was the best combo I ever had in my jeep. I had two dd 9515g's on 6k and I managed a 152.0 sealed on the dash and a 153.7 in the kick at 38 hz

Also that was with no deadener...since then I have added 2 layers all around and TONS of foam...but I am now doing a wall so yeah lol

Here is some pics of my set up when I had it...also for the hatch a few tips. 1. Wrap 1" strips of gorilla tape around the metal pins where it closes and locks...I used about 5" long pieces...it will be hard to open and close the hatch but it secures it nicely. 2. Take foam pipe insulation and wrap it around the glass lifts on the back hatch and then put take on the top and bottom to keep them in place (keeps the glass from flexing) 3. Use 1" weather stripping around the rubber weather stripping on the rear glass (That also helps with the flexing) 4. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO GAIN DB'S... Use spray foam and on the rear upper pillars (c-pillars) foam up the air vents in the back...Ive seen gains of 1-2db just from that in different jeeps (never tested mine but im sure it was a huge gain)...anyway lol here are the pics.

This was my sealed score...I managed to get it to a 152.0 but I didnt get a picture of it lol
