But if they were to pursue, it would be an invasion of privacy because that is'nt probable cause. Monitoring and red flaging things THEY think are suspicious will cut a very large chunk of our freedom away. One thing i keep thinking of is they will be able to monitor and control OUR browsing. The internet is the fastest way to spread anything, but if you cant see it you'll never know.
