New guy with Megacab, SQL possible?

Oh there will be a build thread. But here's how it is all shaping up.

1 - DC Power XP270 160-180 amps at idle and 270 amps at 1800 engine RPM (perfect for diesel)

2 - XS Power D6500's

1 pr of morel hybrid ovation 4" comps in dash

1 pr of morel 5.25 comps in the q-logic kicks

1 pr of 8" morels in front doors

1 pr of polk 6.5" comps in rear doors

4 - 10" DC LVL 4's

1 - Zapco Reference 350x2 (long bitch 2 - 2 channel amps in 1)

1 - American Bass VFL 500.1

1 - 4 channel amp (yet to be decided)

1 - Alpine IVA-W200 (Brand new in box, bought 3 yrs ago and sittin on shelf since)

Sound deadener/blocker up the arse....doors, floor and roof.

Id go with your option that puts you at 1 ohm for daily. Should be a nice ass system :)

Or could you go with the XLs w/ D1 and run at .5 ohm daily and comp?

What would the output look like (rms wise) at .5 and .25 ohm?

But here is the specs for the vfl to remind everyone. At 1 ohm they match up pretty good (that and Rusty said I should go with the 1/.25 combo....lol)

1 x 1400W @ 4 ohms (14.4V - 1% THD)

1 x 2650W @ 2 ohms (14.4V - 1% THD)

1 x 3200W @ 1 ohm (12V - 1% THD)

1 x 4700W @ 1 ohm (14.4V - 1% THD)

1 x 5600W @ 1 ohm (16V - 1% THD)

1 x 7100W @ 1 ohm (18V - 1% THD)

Signal to Noise : 85dB

Damping Factor : 200

Efficiency : 75%
