I sometimes make dual setups for friends of mine, I generally charge $400 - $800 depending on how complex the kit has to be. My friend has an '07 Cummins that I could develop one on if you decide to go for it. If it were me, I would run the seccondary alternaotr independant of the OEM regulator to a seperate bank of batteries dedicated to the Subs. That way you could run the OEM batteries and alt to power the truck, mids, highs, etc... This way, you could run 14 volt batteries and alternator to the subs without bothering the computer.
