LBM Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 (edited) Hi I am planning to get one High output alternator for my ride. Would be running two AQ 3500.1D wired at 1 ohms 18 inch SMD`s. It is a Suzuki Swift second generation(2004-2010). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_Swift Here are the pics of the alternator which comes in my car. Installed in car My question is that are these two have similar casing. I can get the mounts fabricated if required that is not a issue. Also is there any cad drawing of the Mechman alternator I have selected. Waiting reply !!!! MECHMAN Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 Beacause of the 4 rib belt that your vehicle uses to turn the alternator, you really arn't going to be ablt to turn any more than about 150 amps. I would reccomend our 150 amp slim fit kit. I e-mailed you the diminsions of it, you are still going to have to make your own bracket for it though. as it is large in diameter than what you have now.
