make the ports a little longer and the box a little bigger to compensate for displacment of port

car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana. (if that confuses you then you get the point) lol

I dont know max dimensions were just kind of shooting for it concidering its only 1 15 requiring 4fct (which is nothing in your average SUV) If I go any bigger in dimensions my volume goes up a lot and I dont want the box too big. but I dunno id say 35w x 25h x 20d is the max I can go.

Are you adding the port width numbers together in the calc, since you are having 2 ports and all? Since whatever the width for one is there will be an identical one on the other side.

For one sub in one chamber though, one port is the best.

Would still have to account for the extra port wall, as the calculator is going to see it as one port with one wall inside the box.

With the numbers you gave, do you need 2 ports or are you willing to use 1? Areo port(s) instead of slot ports? I'm sure we can come up with something that works.
