Loudcivic Posted October 15, 2010 Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 looks like blue thunder rc car nitro fuel that we use to run awhile back. try lighting it on fire like someone else said. look close thought cuz you cant see the flame really when its lit. washer fluid is also flameable but needs a high temp to get it going. do you have any rc cars or someone that lives with you who does?
