yeah thats it you should invest in a test tone generator about fitty bucks besides popping speakers the tone generator really helps to test out if amps and speaker works alot safer to test for speaker wires in cars also its output is adjustable from sub freq to high freq alot safer plays a high freq pitch so you can let it play while you move closer to speakers so you know which one is playing especially if you are alone trying to wire that shit up i think it would work good to test spl set ups you can connect to amp rca input and adjust the gain knob on it then sweep the freq to test subs i used one before while testing subs on a meter worked good. or for every one else out there another cheap ghetto way is to get a 9v batt and a 9 v batt plug that snaps on to it get a push button switch wired off the pos lead ground to ground make wires as long as you want but make one wire about 1 inch longer so leads dont touch and sparky sparky . a good way to customize this is to make or get a small plastic box to house batt and to drill and mount switch in and run wires out of nice and clean.hope this helps some peeps out

i thought that you were going to run the tens off two channels of one amp then all the mids and tweets off the other two channels.

2 channels of a T15k at 4 ohm = 500wrms each

What a TRAGIC waste that would be! Considering the channels will do 7 times that if you just load them down and uses crossovers instead.

Hence why he's not going to do it ;/

put it this way. I dont plan on, and almost NEVER plan on running my mids and tweets at 1 ohm BRIDGED which is 1/2 ohm per channel. Who the hell has their mids at 1/2 ohm? (thats how you get full power from this amp) Yes it SEAMS tragic but we didnt buy this thing to have 15k on mids/highs. We bought it because it matched the other amp. I dont know how many times i have to say that. The T15k isnt just a pure powerhouse, it is also some of the cleanest power out there so 2 or even 4 ohms will sound very delightfull no matter how i do it.

I lost the diagram i drew up but if i remember right its just above 2ohms per SIDE on the upper end.

on the battery pop thing, i appreciate it but i dont need any advice, i got this shit completely under control. thanks anyway.
