not same Ah, just same type. preferably AGM under the hood and in the back. you could get a lead acid battery for the rear to match the one under the hood.... but your life span might decrease by a bit lol

thanks for the reply dugee81 n hdorre. i just bought the car n it comes with a lead acid battery, i might wanna upgrade it to an AGM soon... but what do you mean by decrease the life span?

You can run multiple batteries or you could just upgrade the battery under the hood.

You can get away with whatever battery you want in the front, and as long as you have the same in the back, you'll be fine. Like I have a XS up front, and 3 sprinters in the back, which is fine. But I dont want to run like an XS up front, then a Sprinter, then a Kinetik, then a Yellow top, than a duralast.

another question, im about to run a mono 400watts RMS and a 350watts 2 channel amp, do i need the extra battery or it's better of just with the battery up front?

Decrease your life span lol. Lead acid batteries expel fumes that should not be inhaled by any human being

You need nothing but 8g wire to the amps or one run of 4g to the back with a distribution block to two 8g wires to the amps..
