will there be any weight issues with anything? how much does the hoe weigh? i know you took it to a scale, but cant remember the number?

The average joe doesn't need a permit, to my knowledge. If you're smart enough to read instructions and install it, then you're golden. As for Steve needing a permit, being in Cali and what not, no clue. All in all they're easy to put in, minus drilling the lag bolt holes.. that's a bitch. Hope ya like it Steve.
