hi gyuz im gona buy a pair rf's t-1652-s for my front doors, and i wanted to find out if or how i could wire the speakers up to the crossovers (with the tweeters of course) at 2 ohm in stead of 4.

Double the speakers and run it parallel to the amp. So if you have one set of comps with a 4ohm load you'll now need 2 sets of comps wired in parallel down to 2ohms just like subs. You can't wire a set thats 4ohm down to 2ohm with just one set.

ok well i understood alil of what you said..but i just wanna clarify. I'm gonna get a pair of rockford fosgate T1652-S and a pair of T152-S and a rockford fosgate T400.4. Now i only want the T1652-S to go down to 2 ohms cause the amp gives 100rms at 2 ohms and the speakers are 100rms each, plus the crossovers have a bi-amp mode where i connect the speaker and the tweeter to the ceossover and then i just connect one negative and one posetiveto the amp (so from 2 + and 2 -, i get 1 + and 1 - to connect to the amp) now im only talking so if i say something dum dont say that im a noob cause i just wanna learn. I was thinking of connecting the speakers and the tweeters to the crossoves and then just connect the negative from one crossover to the negative of the other crossover then the possetive of the one crovver to the posetive of the other crossover and then connect that to the amp, and i just wanna ask if that can be done.

so, basically, its a technical yes but its a stupid idea that wont work well. hook it up normal and buy the right equipment next time.

With that amp there is no way your going to wire that comp set alone to 2ohms unless you add a 2nd set.

If you understood what i said then you would have known you need 4ohm + 4ohm in parallel to = 2ohm.

Not trying to be a jerk to you about it, most components are 8ohm speakers so it goes through the crossover we wind up with a 4ohm load going to the amp so there is no way we can wire 2 8ohm speakers to 2 ohms as it will require us to add 2 more to get to our 2 ohm load.

when you say right equipment what do you mean? I havent boughed anything yet.

skullz, ever meter a tweeter/woofer from a component set? you'll find that the woofer and tweeter of a 4ohm component set are 4ohms...the crossover has its own resistance (notice the resistors in there? among the caps and coils and such? take a look). moral of the story, he wants to get a 4ohm tweeter and woofer that is normally 4ohm at the crossover to be a 2ohm load. it cant be done reasonably, but if the tweeter and woofer were paralleled it would be 2 ohms, although you would destroy it pretty quick with no crossover in the middle.

Well if you haven't purchased anything yet i would recommend getting the same speakers for front and rear and run it on a more powerful 4ch amp or a good 2ch amp capable of 200w rms @2ohm.

ok so i should just leave it at 4 ohms and get 60rms out of each channel?

The options are both pretty good but the problem is that my rear doors wont take 6.5 they take 5.25 so therefor i cant get 2 sets of 6.5's so both the ideas go down the drain cause i dont wanna make panels eather.. thank you very much tho, the other thing i was thinking is that instead of an rf t400.4 i get the t600.4 with more rms at 4 ohms.
