groundpounder2k2 Posted August 18, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 18, 2007 here we have a Chevy S-10 Visor....it was about 8"too narrow for the van. so,I decided the easeyest fix would be to add the flanks to the ends,what I did was,make some cardboard molds,filled them up with foam....let it sit for about a week,then I pulled off the cardboard,shaped the foam and glassed it...
