to the OP.. you should call him and talk with him personally before bringing this small thing into a public forum, i understand your concern for your products but matt has been nothing but good to about every member on here that has bought from him. relax and call him instead of using a public forum and waiting on him to email you back. He is busy he runs a company you know. And secondly to anybody that is saying they arent going to buy mechman because of matts response, yall are overeacting, the op shouldnt have made this a public matter, and its putting out somewhat bad publicity to his company.

--edit: just seen the cant call long distance thing, even a private tell would have worked, voice your concern to him privately and be patient.

Matt, Instead of posting in this thread maybe you could privately email me & start responding to my emails again so we can handle this in private and deal with it like men. I dont even want to go back & look at the post that you suposedly "lost it" in, Because it will probably just make me more mad to see somebody flipping out because 1 of their customers who doesnt have alot of extra money is worried about his packadge since he has recived no tracking information for either packadge.

I have been in this game for ALONG time & ordered alot of shit off the internet, Please dont act like im stupid. I know how holliday shipping works & i have still never experianced this. The tracking #'s are issued through paypal usually when a product is shipped. I have recived no confirmations, Yet i am suposeda just say ohwell & not be concerned ? ya, Ok.

i will say this. I know matt is moving to a newer, bigger location and is right in the middle of all the bullshit right now - so email him and he will email back which i am pretty sure he has. I will also say this, the customer is NOT always right, they are sometimes downright fucking assholes. Matter of fact, i bet 85% of them are fucking assholes...you guys think because your buying something that the person selling it to you has to kiss your ass and take shit from you and that always isnt going to be the case. Not talking about you (the OP) in particular though.

the whole "i need to know before my time to file a dispute is up" is BULLSHIT though bro. You didnt need to do that. He is a partner of this site and you will get your product.
