GymJunkie
Im sick of always burning discs, so i figured id buy an ssd (solid state drive), store all my music and music videos on it, and plug it into my jensen uv10 thru usb. Any thoughts/suggestions? Quote 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Jensen UV10 DVD HU Two 12" Sony Xplode (temporary)
Skullz
Use flash drive sticks to store your music on, i have several i use with different types of music on each and the cost is also another factor in using the flash drive over an ssd drive. n8ball2013
you can get 32gba nd 64 gb thumb drives. I've pretty much quit putitng my ipod in the car at this point. The thumb drive is just easier to load and if I lose it doesnt hurt nearly as much. Time to save up for 3 or 4 64gig usb drives. Quote 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Jensen UV10 DVD HU Two 12" Sony Xplode (temporary)

Maxim
I've never met anybody with more than 5 gigs of music that actually listened to every song. I've got about 20 gigs now and I probably only listen to 200-300 songs on what I'd consider a "regular" basis. Just figure out what you REALLY listen to, toss it on a 32/64 GB flash drive, then use that. 30 gigs is EASILY over 5000 songs. If you ever find the need for more than that then just grab another. A big SSD will hold more but will cost more as well. Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . GymJunkie
One thing was for road trips, me and my friend frequently take road trips, sometimes down to kansas even, so the bigger the selection we can have the better the trip ya know? Not to mention its just a hassle unplugging it from the car, plugging it into the comp, adding what i want, etc, everytime i decide i want something different then whats on there. Rebel4055
Yeah that SSD won't work with a HU. Just get http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=40000522%20600000482%204018&IsNodeId=1&Description=thumb%20drives&name=%24200%20-%20%24300 A bit pricey tho.. Unless you get like multiples of one small one. Quote Rest In Peace mother.
