Just the tiniest amount where I could clearly see there was friction.

Probably don't need too but I'm sure it won't hurt either.

Funny thing is I've seen a bunch of people point out the factory glock copper looking lube and mine didn't have any of that on it at all.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

I run most of mine pretty dry. Make sure not to get anything in the striker channel. I keep Mine dry because it hunks up quick otherwise

Yeee picked up my Glock 19 today. Taking it to the range this Weds. Going to be nice to use my own vs their rentals hah.

Already lubed it up and swapped the mag release to the other side. I like it lefty style so I can pop it loose with my middle finger on my right hand

First thing I did to was oil it up the guy at the store told me it wasn't needed but I figured what the hell.

I think I'm going to fully polish the action and remove the bump on the trigger bar on mine to smooth out the action and lighten up the pull a bit.

All it looks like is some copper anti seize. Guy said to leave it there for a few hundred rounds, supposed to help it break in. Yet I didn't see any mention of it in the manual. I'm not sure if it really is for break in, or if the idea is to have a tacky lube on there that wont evaporate when the thing is sitting on the shelf waiting to be sold. That way there's no worry of someone picking it up and shooting without lubing it first. I left it there, don't see what harm it could do.

It's the Magic glock grease. I've just shot mine til it disappeared. Some people clean it out. It's a glock. It'll run no matter what

What's up with mine not having any at all on it then like not even a tiny bit?
