ROLEXrifleman
As you fire the gun recoil drives it rearward in your hand compressing the web (1) at the same time torque occurs (1.5) the rotation of the torque is determined by the rotation of the rifling. Repeat this step as many times as you say your firing and your two contact points (2) will cause blistering and callusing Rolex you sicken me. n8ball2013
Rolex imo. I feel that the torque can be mitigated by proper and strong grip. I don't think I have any recoil that's not vertical only. That might be part of the cross dominant eye and grip. flashlight_65
I think I see the problem. Gripping the pistol "off axis" to keep the sights in line with the aiming eye. Gripping like this might help reduce the hotspot you're getting. I grip my 19 like this and haven't had any issues with slide bite (yet). SnowDrifter
Good info from everyone. Thanks for the helpHave some things to try next time I go shooting. Was also screwing around aiming discovered something weird about myself. If I focus on anything to the left of my field of vision, it's my left eye. Anything to the right it's my right eye. Down the middle it seems to switch. More so left eye than right, but I can comfortably switch between them. If it's just a matter of playing angles it should be an easy fix. Also threw the medium handle on, way more comfortable to hold. Going to play around with that too.
