The official guns and stuff shoot the breeze thread

Yeah buddy wait til you shoot it. I was super impressed. You may need to work your loads if you developed for short barrels though. I have to as it doesn't always stay subsonic going from the loads I developed for my 8.5 inch barrel.

Haven't done any subsonic load development yet. Just got some 220 gr Leatherhead bullets a few days ago. I'm hoping to work up something that will cycle in my 10" AR and remain subsonic in the Ruger. I have a bunch of Re-7 on hand so I'm hoping I can use that.

I got some ladder covers on my Scorpion to cover up the cheese grater, similar to the pic below. I plan on either milling and modding my current one this winter, or just buying an aftermarket if someone releases a halfway decent looking option.

I bought some covers from a turners near my house served there purpose very well. But they let me feel some of the daniel defense rail covers and i really liked those so going to buy those. Just felt better thinker & had a better grip.

I also shot a .38 sunday. Was mehh. And a KSG 12 gauge now that was fun. Im 120 pounds & 6' so it knocked me pretty hard. Was never really a big fan of shotguns, but now i thinking im going to add a 870 to the list..

A shotgun is just one of those things that's nice to have because it's an effective multi-use tool.
