dang, imma have to bring my car to you and have some stuff done..

To all: Calm yo tits.

To OP: Good work! Very nice for a budget build, although I agree with the poster (too lazy to see who it was) that said stay away from a prefab box, build your own.

Keep it up. :good:

Thanks guys! I'm going really slow, but making sure everything is right.

@imnotmikal- As it turns out, I'm doing exactly that. I returned the P.O.S. box from the web, and had dad pick up a sheet of 3/4" and a sheet of 1/2" MDF. I'm thinking of a few different ideas for the porting, any suggestions? I kinda like the areo ports, but I'm not too familiar with them, or how to calculate for them.

Ideas are welcome!!!

Okay so I under estimated how much it was gonna take to get this battery in. Had to build a new battery trey, so I also made it to bolt on to the fuse box, and give me a spot for my breakers. It's drying now, and will be installed tomorrow. The trey may be made from plywood, but its covered w/ 1/8" bondo, then sanded, primed, painted, and cleared. It should last.

Once I got all the old junk out, I could figure out how to do this.

First off, I miss the PT Cruiser we used to have, second I have an entire kicker setup as well, I love all there hardware, you rear battery placement is awesome with the voltage meter, and you know what you are doing, everything look pro!!!! Awesome job, I will keep watching everything :D Nice job, oh and as far as the air bag thing, I think the screen spot is awesome, its actually safer for your son thats 12 to not have an air bag there, so really its not an issue :D

Man that rear battery placement is awesome. Hell this entire build is awesome for being on a tight budget. I ain't no high roller so I know how sweet it is to get all these new toys after saving up.

Definitely looks pro. Keep up the good work.

I like the oldschool one..

Thanks guys, I'm really proud of it. It means a lot to hear people say I'm doing a good job. I'm really putting a lot of time into it, trying to think ahead, and do everything exactly rt. So thanks again, and stay tuned, I'm getting close now!

So today I got my Load Boss alt. in, and finished up all the electrical. Everything works great EXCEPT the Battery Isolator. I'm really disappointed with it, b/c it doesn't seem to want to charge the rear battery. So tomorrow I'm gonna take it out, and start wiring up the amps. It is getting close now for sure!
