  1. sorry, forgot to answer that.....the plexi is cut so precise, that once it goes in, past the leather in the corners, it "bites" itself into place. It has nothing but the fact its snug, and the corners "snag" just right. Its hard to explain. It is upside down 99.9999% of the time and so far, it doesn't budge. Plus, my little pick-tool can get behind it and pop it out with a little pull in a few spots. It actually does not fall out but is easy to pop out if you need to. Win! what about the bass pressure would that make the glass rattle out
  2. ythe lights of your car work off a computer that puts out under 12v thats the reason why they made that relay kit but not a lot of people know the ground has the same proplem and need to be grounded to frame to make better circuit give it a try
  3. put it back in and ground the ground wire of the ballast to the battery or car see if that helps the reason for the problem is the lcm not sending enough volts out to your light
  4. most of the time its the ground in the lcm that make your balsast go bad
