  • Description This was my first vehicle I owned. This is the second setup I had in the vehicle. The first setup -- Alpine headunit, 2 Alpine Type R's, an 1800 watt Kenwood amplifier, and a one farad cap (don't remember the brand). I would add pictures of the first system I had in the vehicle but I can't find the pictures I took of it. As for the the second and last system I had in the vehicle, it was definitely a step up from where I was before. The whole setup worked well. But now, looking back on this setup, I could have done a lot better with everything and by that I mean I could have upgraded the vehicle speakers to a better brand (the speaker size all the way around the vehicle was 4 inch), I could have added two more speakers somewhere in the vehicle, but all in all it could have been better than it was, but I was just getting into car audio at the time. I knew of course what brands were good and what brands weren't. I knew that my american legacy amp wasn't putting out 2000 watts, let alone it probably didn't even put out 1000 watts. The RE Audio SX 18 inch sub was of course the low end of the 18 inch subs that RE audio provides but for what it was it did a great job. This whole setup was just me wanted bigger and better bass. I don't really any pictures at all of the setup and I wish I hadn't deleted them so I could show you all what it looked like. I do however have a video of it. Since this build I had gotten a different vehicle, which I will post on here soon, and put this setup in. Then I decided to go a different route and sold the setup. That is why I don't have more pictures and why I can't provide any more info on the specs of the setup. Thanks for taking the time to read!
