You should be just fine charging with that. As long as you keep it nice and tight, do the big 3, do multiple runs from front battery to rear battery bank, and keep all connections nice and tight you will be fine. Make sure you have solid grounds though, one of the most important rules of thumb.
Throw about 3 Kinetik 2400s in the back along with a nice front battery and you will have ample battery power for that amp. 160A is fine to charge those.... some big guys charge a whole bank on that lol. Not the best idea but it work, so you will be just fine.

And You can remove the cat, your car wont freak out like it was said above. As long as you dont change any of the tuning on the car...
How do you think people do it all the time with their cars, you simply put in a test pipe instead of the cat. Your best bet is to weld flanges onto the test pipe so you can take it back off and put the cat back on when it comes time for emissions etc.

Yea its not very smart to do that. Im mostly scared to do so incase it overfills that it will ruin my paint. When the gas clicks, I just round it to the next dollar and let it be.

If you want nice shit, dont go with the KLMX, that is mostly aluminum, go with the flex shit that is all copper. Its double the price but way worth it.

Only thing I see wrong with mounting it like that is some cancellation. Only thing we can tell you here is to build it and give it a whirl. Just make sure that port wall is double baffled to support the weight and flexing.

just smear it on the exposed areas like cream cheese.
Any area that doesnt have paint covering the metal, do the cream cheese method and dab that shit on there until you cover it all.
