  1. well the terminals arent just going to slide on like butter, cause then they would be kinda pointless... they have a screw to loosen it but you still gotta wiggle the hell out of it to get on nice then screw it.
oh ok, then you will be using ring terminals then i guess.

unless you plan to upgrade battery too?...

maybe in the future, but not right now... is it ok to use a different bolt, that would be longer than the ones that are in there so that it actually goes into the battery?

  2. depending on your vehicle.. i would say rough estimate of about 5-7ft of wire(preferably 1/0awg) to be safe and if you dont have those nice battery terminals then you'll need about 6 ring terminals...4 if you have the nice terminals...

and a fuseblock with fuse...you'll want the biggest fuse for that wire. so if you do 1/0awg then a 250a or a 300a fuse would be great.

if you're still skeptical just get 1 of these kits from eD, thats where i got mine, and they give you soo many extra ring terminals :)

and get a fuse block with free fuse from knukonceptz...ANL one

is this the fuse you were talking about?

which wire does that go onto, the positive to alt wire? and 18 inchers from the battery?

and what do you mean by the 'nice termanals'?

and where do i find the ground to engine block and ground to chassis wires? or where are they usually located?

and does that big 3 kit work pretty good? or would i be better off buying all the shit separately?

my car is a 1993 chevy cavalier 2.2l 4 cyl.

  3. they come with 1 year warranty you can buy an extended warranty.

well if you order the alty its still going to take about 5days to come to your place....

yeah, i know, it wouldnt be comming to my 'place' tho, ill get it shipped to work, so i can have it right away, dont want any of the old ladies around here to steal it on me... and would someone be able to make me a quick, 'shopping' list for the big 3 shit, wires and all the connectors and shit, that would be very much appreciated..

  4. cool, cause i recently sold my camera and i can finally buy a new one. i plan to go friday to Sears and pricematch from B&HphotoVideo for an new camera. also i am placing a large order for wire loom at wirecare.com tonight so it will take about 3-4 days to come here. bare with me mang

ill try, its just really hard doing shit (going to work, and doing everyday things) without a vehicle, but ill get thru it, shit, i ride a bike to work, which has to be atleast 2 miles from my house, and its not so bad, just hate to have it get 'hot' out again, but the reason i am willing to wait, and save a few bucks to get a HO alt is so i dont just fry the 80amp stock ones nemore... i wanna do things 'right'... the second time.. lol and do iraggi alts come with any kind of warranty?
