I'm running stock alternator for now waiting on my singer alt got a xs 3100 under the hood with two deckas in the trunk big three upgrade apline cde148btand a zapco asp-q1eq ,american bass sq 3200.4 and american bass 475 two 10in eminence and 6 6in eminence 6 eminence asd1001 horn tweeters with the x12 in a bandpass box still waiting on the scv 4000 to come in from sundown hopefully this will stop my sub problem cause over the weekend one of the mmats went bad think its a output problem though cause the light is on but not the protection light

Well i has them on two mmats 1400 but sloved that by buying a scv 4000 just waiting on it to arrive hopefully problem sloved we'll see can't go wrong with sundown on sundown

I got 2 x12 on bandpass box but i know they are under powered but it still gets hotter than a oven to touch what you think could be the problem

I have a sundown scv 4000 and was wondering what k8nd of rca's should I run on it got some db links strandworks and wanted to know if there good enough for it talk to someone before and they said sundown don't like all rca's

I shouldn't have said amp,but the subs are in a 4th order box and if i disconnect 1 your can hear the difference between the two i just got the subs and the amp put new wires and a matrix linedriver the only thing is old is my alpine radio with the imprint eq/crossover i,m running a odyssey battery under the hood and a kennit 1400 in the trunk,big 3 three upgrade and a alternator from power max usa im lost don't know what else to do

Its noway that the mmats should sound better then the svc but it seems to be beatin harder mybe i need to put 0 gauge wire to the amp thats only only thing i didn't do it going to the battery but not to the amp

Ok i bought some new mesa rca and now i turned down all the gains on all 3 of my amps it sounds alot better and i set the alpine head unit on 23 to 26 it sound good thinking about buying a line drive because the alpine imprint only puts out about 4v How many do you think i need to put out to have it right

Well i had a mmats 2000.1 and i could never put my alpine head unit pass 21 and when i had put the scv 2000 in we went to about 19 but we had the gain on the amp almost max but i Didn't know if the way he bridged the amp makes a difference he want to the frist + to frist -

I just bought a used scv 2000 it plays but it only playing when the gain is almost max my installer saying that it shouldn't even have to be half way to play right it sounds good but he's saying that it should be alot better how much does it cost to repair the amp

they are b stock subs not a good choice to go with themoh, I was looking at this shit like he found a discounted or one of those b stock subs

This is about the third person who told me it won't work I don't think it would be possible to fit this set up in my car think my installer is full of shit and robbing me of my money

Does anyone no the name and sizes of the screes that go in a scv 4000 i found out that there m5 and m10 but all the heads don't fit there all to big i tried home depot and fasenal they both didn't have them
