  1. i been talkin to a guy on tirerack.com and explained my situation, heres what he suggested, will this help at all or will i be in the same boat a year from now if i put these on?

i know the pic shows 5 lug, but thats just for advertising, he says i will get the 6 lug

so what do you guys think? worth the trouble and money? ive decided to kick it up another $400 for budget, i can do $1000

  2. For under 600 you're not going to really find what you're wanting. But for 600 you could buy some good cross drilled rotors and some nice ceramic pads which should help. Does it still do the pulling thing when you brake with the stock rims? If so you may want to have your calipers checked out as well.

no the swerving is gone with the factory wheels..
  3. hey bros, i need some help please, i have a set of 26'' wheels i put on my 2002 yukon denali last year, everything was fine first few weeks, but as expected over time they were just to much for the factory brakes, my steering wheel started shaking as if i needed a wheel alignment which i didnt because when i threw my factory wheels back on in the winter time the wheel shake went away, also when i had my rims on when i would hit the brake the truck would swerve slightly to the right..to the point i would have to turn the steering wheel to the left a bit whenever i braked to compensate for the truck wanting to turn a bit to the left, so my question is can you guys suggest a good set of brakes i can throw on there to help stop these problems but not big enough to where i cant throw the factory wheels back on in the winter time? if possible can something like this exists for $600 or less?

  4. hey guys im going 3 cu ft for 2 level 3 12's what kind of tuning do you guys use for these for rap? keep in mind just cause its rap i dont want it to sound like muddy ass..lol id like it to be musical..each sub will be getting 500 watts..this will be my first time with ported and i dont know shit about port area, volume all that stuff..and im having the shop build the box for me and install it, so if you guys can give me some numbers i can write them down and hand them to the shop..by the way reason im going with 3 cu ft is cause on there website it says 1.5 per 12'' unless you guys know something that works better

  5. the sub is rated at 1000 watts rms, its a fi q series, im gona add the cooling option which adds the extra 200-500 watts rms power handling they claim..reason i feel i need to add it is im going to put 1000 watts into it and some people have said it will blow..so if i go do for the bigger size 2.6 which someone here mentioned it will need less power would i be ok still putting 1000 watts into it when i add the cooling feature?

  6. hey guys im looking at a sealed box and the specs on the sub are 2-2.6 cu ft..i only have 1 shot at this since im having someone build the box for me and i dont have money to try a few different boxes..so my questions is this, if i go near the lower 2.0 cu ft the sub will be deeper, lower but the output will be lower, and if i go towards the 2.4-2.6 the sub will have more output but wont be as low?
