I would only run them on the amps you're pushing to max output. The highs won't see full amp power, right? Just do sub amp and mids if you're pushing those hard.

I used to play for probably 5 hours every day, but the game has gone to shit quick. The forums will make you want to slam your head into a wall repeatedly as well.
DoT ManBearPig is my XB1 tag, I don't get on anymore but will probably start again when TTK comes out

I've had very good luck with SSA over the years, definitely recommend them.

You should always do a full coolant flush when you do a thermostat swap, but that's your choice. If your alternator is truly heating up your upper radiator hose, then wrap it with heat warp or build a shield out of aluminum and put the gold heat tape on the alternator side of the shield.

Crazy weather here in Texas. We had a 1% chance of rain yesterday (according to my phone), and out of nowhere it started pouring and dropped quarter-sized hail. Not sure of the validity of it, but news reported a tornado touchdown in Blanco yesterday morning as well, which was an area that got devastated by the flooding over the weekend.

Yeah, Texas is all sorts of fucked up. Lake by my house is waaaay too high.
someone's back yard
to the right is this guys driveway. Normally the water is 100 feet away
This road is normally 150-200 feet away from water. My kid's bus goes this route. Shit is gettin real around here
Can't see on my phone, where are you at in Texas? The flooding in Austin and south of Austin was ridiculous. The Blanco river was out of control the whole weekend pretty much

On a side note, I wish Sundown used the same bass knob for every amp, I have two different knobs for my 1000D and 100.4 and it looks like a completely different brand since they're mounted next to each other in my console

I'm running 2 sa12s with a 2000watt pyramid amo and I don't know much about car audio yet I'm wondering if I should run the big 3 if so can someone please explain to me what advantages there are when using it?
Everybody needs the Big3 upgrade. My diesel was having slow start issues even with new batteries, did the "Big6" since I have dual batteries and now it sounds like the starter is going to spin the pistons right out the block.

Loving this build and the suitcases are a great idea.

Known about the forum for a few years but I never joined or posted until a few days ago, I just researched and borrowed good information from the knowledgeable people on here...

When I did mine I decided to take a wire brush to the gold plated ring to clean up all the flame marks and the point where you melt solder. Question is did I just make my terminals susceptible to corrosion or rust? I see a small ring of orange around one of my ground connections on my passenger side battery that appears to be rust or corrosion (no picture). I did this for my Big3, or more like a Big 6 for my duramax, but it has only been on for about a week so I'm worried about the longevity of it. I bought techflex and more heat shrink so I have to pull the wires out anyways to dress them up but I'm wondering if I should buy new terminals and redo everything without brushing off the gold plating this time around.
Here is a example of a terminal I did:

I had the same issue with my setup. I could only get the DD1 to blip red light not stay on. I always assumed the bass level was bass boost so I left it at zero but after that I realized it's just output level and turned it up to +15. Then the DD1 setup was a breeze
