    looks good so far but dont use you age as a crutch if you know what i mean (not hating) its your first real box but anyways looks good and just wondering if your going to fiber glass the inside of the box over the metal or no

    and p.s. most people are cool on the form so you dont have you worrie about getting basted to much

    Yeah i know what you mean and im not using it as a crutch, just wanted that you guys know my age :unsure: . I know 17yrs old can be skilled too :) (Im lucky because my father is really into this build and he helps and teaches alot with the wood work)

    And yes, im going to fiber glass inside the box and make it smooooth :)

    Hi, this is my first "real" box build ever.

    Box is 66liters net, so about 2.5cuft, ported and tuned to 36hz

    Subs will be Spl Dynamics XTR-300D4 12"s ( http://www.spldynamics.fi/xtr-sub/xtr-300d-2.jpg ) with Focus acoustics FX-1500D amp.

    And the car is Volvo V70 TDI -97.

    darn, must of missed it somehow. I was just surfing youtube and came a crossed it and thought wow, lots of time and money. then I seen the metering and at first i was like wtf?? then noticed the mic way off to the side. I have some spl dynamics amps, and know what they are capable off and totally was confused at first with the 130dbs.

    Its always nice to see you guys like cars built in Finland : ). They have metered it but not with the full power because fiberglass panels and everything was going to break. So i dont know exactly the numbers but its over 150db. And 120-135 outside the car sure is a nice score.

    2x Ground Zero Plutonium 1.8000D amps

    5x Ground Zero 12.3500 batteries

    + Ground Zero front system: 6x Nuclear 6,5" + 3x Plutonium 1" tweeters in each door.

    There is a reason why it didn't get too loud : D.In 2007 It was almost kicked out from the show for being too loud. Now he wanted to keep the car in if i'm right : ).
