like i am on max ac and switch it to regular ac and i hear it "hissssss..." and it kinda sounds like stuff under the dash shifts around o_o -

the buick is Shitting on me again.. its going to be in the 100s all week where i live and my car wont put out any cold air.
I have taken out the old frion and put in new, yes it was the right kind >.> and i replaced all of the caps for the a/c and still nothing.
I didn't want to have to do anything expensive, what could it be?
Because i don't want to have to replace the entire ac system.
