if its your first, you might have plugged it into the antenna signal wire instead of the 12v.
i did that on my first install (lol)
my first amp didnt have a turn on light or anything >.> it was like schoshe or some shit like that. but if its powering on then yea crank that gain!

so i went to home depot and got $14 worth of mdf and threw a little box together :
my mom drew the circle on the front of the box when i was in the kitchen, its going to be a l5 >.>
it has alot of port but i just kinda threw it all together so idk.
