i havent used a fues in my Big3 on both my cars......as long as you do it right its not needed

Just remember to charge your batts with a charger overnight or so when ya get a chance and youll be fine

If that doesnt do it, next id try sub forward, port to drivers side....usually works best in trunk cars

I had my stock alt and 1 2400 and 2 Deka G31s and 500.1(5000watt) runnin at .7 and it was fine
Most the time your alt will just shut off and youll run off batt til your draw drops to something the alt can handle on its on, which still isnt a bad thing
I kept my batts charged which aided in my voltage....a 10amp charge bout 3 times a week overnight will do the trick
I dont know what amp my alt is stock...maybe 105ish

Like in terms of pressure or whatever those tests took into account it might be x2 as much
I think LS2 made a great post in that same thread that got overlooked, go reread his and youll see your answer
But yes....10db diff is EXTREMELY louder, think about 170 to 180....thats like internal bleeding to DEATH in a 10db diff haha

I say all out SPL but it still peaks at 44hz ha

I popped one somehow, i think a neg wire came loose on my external wiring and burned up the pos lead through the spider
So i took them all out, i shouldnt have.....but i did.......they are greatttt subs for the price...loved them

you can take the following for what you will also...
one 15" type r was about 1db louder then a L7 in what was a pretty much a direct swap in basically an extended cab ranger
one 15" hdc3 was about .5-1db louder then a type r in a dircet swap in a blazer..
but those type r's seriously impress me when you consider how cheap you can get them for...
Exactlyyyyyy.....1000 bucks compared to about 400ish for Rs...and lower peak and less power
Ill get that 54 in a few days when my TL gets back and i can test a good bit more

Now granted the Rs will smell when beat on hard and i couldnt get the HDCs to smell with 1 amp, or 2 amps for that matter really

I had to roll the volume a good bit from 75% start....being in the hot all day and trying to run full tilt off the start , amp said Nahhh.
First run started at 50 and rolled to 51 than kept climbing til it cutout haha
So this is the one i had to slow roll off the bat:
Once i get my TL back from exchange ill get a higher one in cooler temps
For about 100 bucks a sub.....hardddd to beat

I could prolly get a 50 outta 1 15 and 3000ish watts and still be daily out a trunk
I was doing 145s@36hz in my Civic with 1200 watts
150 is wayyyy louder than most people think when they say it, but not unattainable with a decent build
