bondo alone will be brittle and crumble apart.

i wasnt born within those years, but things didnt change until the 90s, so i know what ya talkin bout and that was the good ole days!!
-
option 2 is easier also.
-
oooooooo pretty

thats a good way to start. i try using bass box pro still havent figured it out completely. the more u do it the more ull see different ways.
-
Is there any particular reason why? I'm trying to learn not just where to position it but why to position it there.I'd have it on the side where the port opening is. I'd put it near the "3/4 square," if you know what I mean.
Depth of the box is 15", depth of the woofer is about 6.88" so plenty of room there. Thanks for the props on my sketchup skills, I just learned how to do it yesterdayB)In this design, the woofer location has minimal effect on sound (As long as your are placing it on the same wall as the port).
But, what is the depth of the woofer, and the depth of the enclosure? There is a general idea that you need to leave a few inches between the woofer and the back section of the enclosure for optimum performance
BTW, Nice Sketchup...
Youll be utilizing most of what the design have to offer giving the wave more space to complete. hope that makes any since and help u understand it.
that is a nice sketchup design. what u use to come up with dimensions?

glad i dont get any of that mystical white shit where im at. yall be safe in all that shit up there!!

if u ran it separate it would be to bad since ull have a dedicated alt to run ya amp. use one of the batteries up front to run the car on the stock alt and the other 3 on the amp with the big alt. just an idea for u to think on!!
-
you ever think about the stock alt run the car and the big alt run the system separately?
-
For 2.5k a nice alt and 2 batts should do the job.
I ran 6K+ watts off of 1 HO alt, and 2 HC2400 batts, and never had a voltage issue... OP you should be fine replacing your current alt with a HO one and 1 battery... Do the Big 3 too and you shouldnt have any issues...
How is your voltage now?
yeah i ran 6k off of stock alt 2 walmart batts and 2 stinger spv70s and stayed above the red
Id do a 220+ amp alt, biggest battery up front and a D2700 or D3100 in the back.
yep this will do what u need for what u have!!
-
just run each sub to its own amp and gain match its the easiest!!

im on ps3 phayro ad me son. i missed this by a day lol i was on lastnight too.
-
that should be sufficient enough with 6-9 big batteries.

WWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!

looks good man keep the work goin!!

Pandora is nice, but imo slacker radio is better
i said the same thing great mind think alike lol
-
If u like Pandora u should try Slacker Radio i like Slacker better.
-
-
just gain match is the easiest way with the rf amps but the 3500 would work too less wires FTMFW
-
always gotta get them naked 1st.
-
do all them fuse holders have the volt gauge on them?
-
unless u have current going INTO ya cooling system there is no electrolysis. now if u do SOMEHOW have electrolysis going on i wouldnt be worrying about just freeze plugs but everything that is being touched by the liquid. get another opinion from another shop and see what they say.
