  1. Im doing 12 12's in a bandpass wall similar to g monks with one MA Audio 802sx to start possibly two later on...Its going in a 94 town car, and im thinking powerbass but still undecided on subs...Is this ground pounder worthy? Also do you think ill break 150?

I get so sick of these 'am I a ground pounder' or 'what will I hit' threads. There are PLENTY of threads describing what a ground pounder is, read them.

Nobody knows what you will hit, stop asking.

  2. yeah and im not tryin to sound like a dick or anything when i replied last time i got alot of questions cause i dont know a hole lot bout audio the setups i have down have ben pretty simple im doin this for a challenge and if it goes good and i can do it without major problems theres a school for audio setups down here and id like to open a shop and do it for a livin

I *really* dont think you understand what people have been saying. This is going to be VERY expensive. If you dont ditch the boss amps, why even bother? It's obvious(Im not trying to be a dick here) that you dont have much experience installing/building etc(you even said so yourself) so this is going to be a huge undertaking. Why not start smaller...a couple BL's or some LVL 3's? Hell, ONE Btl. Get some experience under your belt before you start messing with thousands of dollars in equipment.

  3. all im gonna say is watch!!!

im guessing you heard bout the vikings suppsivly talking to him?? and guess wat every radio station, sports station said bout that....if favre goes to the vikes then the vikings will be in the SB FOR SURE....so you seem to be one of the VERY FEW that thinks he cant play!

Wow...is your opinion the only right one? And the fail thing? Quit being so fucking childish.

You know WHY they took him back? They dont want anyone else to take him. He's a great quarterback, but what he is doing is just wrong. Give the other guy a chance. I hope he rides the bench all year.

  4. Get a scrap strip of wood. Predrill a hole and put a screw through it then 8.375" away predrill another hole and put a screw through there. Shoot one end of that into the center of your sub location then use the other screw as a scribe to mark the cutout.

Another way thats a lil more difficult to get exact. Get a piece of speaker wire and put a small ring terminal on each end so that each ring terminal is exactly 8.375". Screw one end to the center of your sub location and use a pencil in the other to draw out your circle.

The easiest way. Get a Jasper jig and router.

Grr beat me to it! :)

  5. If it's for one use only, take a piece of mdf or any other scrap wood and make a pilot hole and use a bolt or something that you have the right size drill bit for and make that your pilot hole.

Let's say you use a 1/4" drill bit. Find a carriage bolt or something with a head on it that is 1/4" in diameter to hold the 'jig' in place. Then measure half of your distance on the wood, mark it and drill a hole for a pen or anything else you have that will fit through the hole to mark the circle. Fairly simple to make, but if you're going to be cutting different size sub holes, invest in a large compass.

  6. all theoretically right logan?:)

I pikced some up at the store about 3 weeks ago for a party I was having. I just bought a 6 pack for myself to give it a shot. Once I tasted it, I let everyone else taste it...well, we had to go back to the store 2 times that day to keep buying multiple 12 packs. It is seriously the best, easiest to drink beer Ive ever had. I can go through a 12 pack in no time! :)
