$150-200 sealed enclosure/ carpet, 400 watt RMS amp = $200-300 and pair of 200watt subs say kicker = $200, wire it all = $100. i would say definitly over priced seeing as we would do it for $800 tops. of corse this depedns on wich subs and amp but from want it sounds like they werent all that expensive.

there r wire blocks that hold 2 runs of 0 ga that u use self tappers to secure the blocks to your frame every ft or so. we sell them pretty cheap...i can give u an exact price on mon. when im back in the office.

get the ds lite. my youngest has the ds and stores arent stocking the accessories for it anymore. the lite is newer do u can still get things like extra stylists, cases and vinyls for it easier. my kids have every game! all 1000 or so but they only play like 3!
the youngest likes pokemon ranger and pokemon diamond/pearl. -

Jump the - of the first coil to the + of the second coil then use the + of the first coil and the - of the second coil for inputs. that makes eack sub 4 ohm. put both sub input + to the + on the amp and both sub input - to the - on the amp = 2 ohm load at the amp

basically xover come in usually 6 or 12 db slope which means it will drop off 6 or 12 db of the set freq. per octive. i personally like the higher slope, it seems to knock out the freq i dont want better. but i guess the lower would help blend tones alittle. all u have to do is set the lpf to your highest preference u wish your subs to reproduce (usually 80 htz or lower) hpf is all a matter of size of mids. some customers dont want to hear any bass or even mid bass through their mids/highs so we set the cossover high like 400 htz. i like alot of midbass so u can go down to around 200-250 htz if your mids can handle it. just get a quality 3 way xover and set each crossover point individually to what sounds good to u and doesnt bottom out your mids/highs and u will be happy. if money is no problem get a eclipse 2102 30 band eq and crossover. by far the best thing i put in the dodge ram. i think they retail for around $350 though

and just like chevyboy said...alot of good xovers r also line drivers. example: kicker has 3 xovers and they go from 5 volt out up to 9 volt out. realistically 5 volt is all u need, i dont think u will notice any higher than that (other than gains being lower)

I just learned to weld 2 weeks ago, before my buddy taught me I welded grapes now I can do pretty good.
Whats the difference in with and without gas? How does it affect the welds?
With gas is much better, less spatter and a cleaner stronger weld. the use of gas chemically cleans the material while welding.

for starters im not telling u (meade) what u should do...i hate when people tell me all the things i should do. its my (and customers) project and thats the way i like it! all i can offer is i love the new eclipse avn7000 if u r staying with the single din and also that the day i added my 8 inch midbass was a day of awakening!

if u do the l7 15s i would recomend 4.5 cubes each ported...so that would be like 27 cubes plus port!! u already got the solo x 12, do them in t-lines and use only about half the rms on them.
