i never said anything about a "warranty" or that it will definatly pass inspection. i had no idea the ctrl arms were fucked, and if i did my dad wouldnt let me drive the car till they got fixed.

she asked if she would be able to pass inspection, and i said "it passed for me when i bought it" which it did. and the "as is" thing, she doesnt give a flying fuck about. her attorney is a fuckin moron and keeps harrassing my dad with threatening emails and phone calls about how shes gunna bring us to court and shit. fuckin lame im so tired of her

ok....long story in short form
i sold a car i had last year to a foreign lady that was going to school at Umass Amherst. The car worked fine for me for about 8 or 10 months. It was a 94 infiniti g20. so i made the deal, brought the car to her, and left. a couple days later i got an email from her saying that she didnt know how to turn off the lights and that the battery had died. she had to have the car towed. I replied and told her there is a switch of the steering column to turn the lights off. THEN 3 weeks later i get ANOTHER email stating that the car did not pass the safty inspection because of the upper control arms. she wants me to pay all of her charges for replacing the arms AND an emmissions fee cuz it failed emmisiions as well....i guess it needed a new cat. THEN she has the nerve to ask for TOWING charges too. this lady and her wackjob school appointed attorney are out of their minds. if anyone has any info to help me out on this, it would be much appricated. shes asking now for over 1g for all kinds of repairs. i live in massachusetts. she kept saying how she could "return the car for a full refund" but she wanted to "work with us" to resolve the issue. fuckin retarded.
well if yall need any more info let me know. i need some help here cuz i am not paying this lunatic a fucking dime.

did you know traces of e-coli can be found in tea? i work in a restaurant and learned that in serv-safe, then understood why we put the tea in disposable bags through the day and dispose of it all at night lol.
so yeah...glad i dont drink tea either.

yes ups ships to canada. all you have to do it print out a label to the address given and bring it to your nearest ups dropoff or ups store. you can even schedule a local pickup on the site i believe. its so easy ive shipped to canada thousands of times my family lives up there and at work we have about 400 clients that we ship to that are located inn canada. quebec, ontario, BC, we even have a few in saskatchwan (spelling)

i dont know if anyone knows of the store Ames (out of business now) but they carried these subs called Urban Audio Works i had bought 2 8" and 1 12" of their subs for 20 bucks altogether...i think way back in like 99ish. i still use the 12" in my room and my buddy has the 2 8's. i made the boxes out of plywood and sheetrock screws

i hear ya on the vids...maybe you should just link all your vids to like your photobucket or youtube (i know the quality would suck, but it would save a shitload on bandwidth)well i can tell you that the donations i get from time to time are good, some are mighty fine THANK YOU ROSCOE.......but even then its not enough. $3 a day from google adsense isnt shit.......i mean its better then nothing but it aint shit.
and no ZAX the posts arent shit either its just text.....the vids and stuff and the MAJOR amount of traffic i get is what is hurting my wallet and the site.

everything else is pretty nice, i would just never buy maxtor. we were putting a server together for one of our clients that wanted 6 maxtor drives striped in a raid 5 array and 5 out of the 6 were DOA. we had to order a whole new batch of 10 and guess what 4 out of those 10 were yup you guessed it DOA. oh well, i guess different people have different luck. that just wasnt a good day at work for us

i say intel...ive always had intel except for my first comp which the chip (2400+ i believe) burned out with no overclocking. amd chips run a bit warm imo. i still have an intel 3.0 prescott chip oc'd to around 3.4 and it has been running stable for 3 years.
like everyone says, get what u can afford. amd and intel are both great chips.
