Does anyone have a program that helps design boxes that can help me out?

Well today I cut all of the pieces for my box (top bottom and all 4 sides). I still havent decided on the subs I am going to go with. For a while I was dead set on 4 15 L7's but after some thinking about it I have decided to go with 2 18' Fi BTL's I am pretty confident that I can get the same results out of 2 than I could out of all 4. However, that doesnt change my box dimensions, however it will affect my port size. I am thinking that I want to tune to 32hz with the 2 BTL's however I am in the same boat and dont exactly what port size I should go with. Is 224 sq in. of port about where I should be or not?

I need some help tuning my enclosure that I am building. The box is going to be 18" high by 45" wide by 33" deep. All 4 subs are going to be on top and a square port is going to be placed in the back. It will look similar to meade916's box. I want to be tuned around 38hz but I need some help. The box without displacement, bracing and port is 13.08 cubes. With the subs and bracing I will be right at 11ish hopefully. Can anyone help me with some dimension for my port. Thanks

Im having a 406 ci built in March by my engine builders dad. He is telling me that we should be around 550 horse on that motor alone and that it will handle 1100 hp so I think that will do it.

What kind of chip do you have...do you have a link? What kind of exhaust did you end up going with. In regards to the procharger I dont want to go over board but Im thinkin right around 18-20. My dyno guy will help me there.

Here we go I have a 2000 GMC Yukon XL SLT with a 5.3 litre motor. The body, Tranny and transfercase have 154,160 miles. The motor has 54,000. The engine swap happened January of 2007. The truck has been driven 12,000 miles since swap. At the time of the swap a new starter was installed as well as a tranny service, complete tune up, and the rear end was topped off with fluid. The truck has only 2 flaws tha I know of the 1st being the 3 holes in the leather of the drivers seat and 2nd a 2 1/2 inch scratch on the passenger side rear quarter panel near the rear wheel well. Other than those 2 tems the truck is in excellent condition. The truck has Power Sunroof, Premium Sound with CD and factory 8" subwoofer, On Star, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Heated Leather Memory aSeats, 3rd Row seating, Captains Chairs, Barn Doors, Tow Package, 16" factory Chrome Wheels, Roof Rack, Fog Lights, and Rear Climate Controls. My brother has a 03 Cobra that we put twin turbos on had a lot of time to get familiar with tunes. But if I get in a bind I know a shop around the way. When are you doint he work to your hoe?

Oh, yeah cutting corners really isnt in my vocab. I am gonna go custom on the exhaust. Long tube headers x pipe the whole 9. The Procharger is gonna be a while I guess or alest the one I want, something to do with the economy. Sold some my Rockford T2's today so there is the money for part of the stereo. the programmer is the EFI Live it allows to tune your car any which way you want. I havent decided what im gonna do to the fuel system yet. Injectors, fuel rails, fuel pump. I wanna have everything ready so when the charger does get here it is ready to go in.

I am hoping for better numbers than 12's but well see when it is all said and done I will get some picks on later today. What do you mean cut corners?
