    Im thinking of doing a set up with multiple 8s either 6 8s or 8 8s

    Subs in mind are possibly....

    Kicker Cvx 8

    Sundowns E8

    AA Assassin 8

    and boxes in mind....note these will be in a trunk setup firing into cabin...

    sorry for the crappy paint pictures just whipped em up real quick to give you all the idea!

    The bass Knob is included (although not original). The original got smashed during shipping. I've owned the amp for about a year now and have had no problems with it. As you can see from the pics, the amp doesn't contact the box because it's mounted with "L" brackets so there is a gap between the back of the amp and enclosure. Also, foam was placed between to ease vibrations.

    Wow a year? That thing looks brand spankin new! Cool as long as it has a bass knob thats a plus and yes i saw the "L" brackets just wanted to double check! =)

    There's a few possibilities...

    1. Fucked power section so you're getting poor rail voltage for the outputs to work with. Could be bad drive or bad MOSFETs

    2. Fucked output section = no power output. Again could be drive or FETs

    3. Fucked input section, the amplifier is doing what it's supposed to but it's not getting anything to amplify.

    Regardless of what it is, if you actually want to get it fixed stop trying to run it. You might do more damage and turn a cheaply repairable amp into a big paperweight.

    If db-r won't touch them they're probably horrible to repair, if I were you I would contact Kicker and see if they'll assess it for you.

    well of course i havent been using the amp...

    I suppose i can just use the fucker as a toilet and shit all over since its prolly fucked...!

    Nah you could get it repaired have you tried it with differenct RCAS? it might not even be that it, some of the FETS might have shitted out not putting out full power, if you really want to save it I would get it repaired by http://db-r.com estimates are free all you have to pay is for shipping

    Already asked him he doesnt repair the kicker zx2500 and ive tried a completely different car and it still didnt do shit
