    You will want the pulley diameter on the motor to be about double the diameter of the alternator pulley if the engine turns 2800 rpm. That will give you full output capability.

    Also, remember to never hook that charger up to your battery bank if they are heavily discharged, otherwise you will run the risk of overheating the batteries and the alternator. I'm assuming you just let it run while you are demoing your system.

    yes sir. the car show area is inclosed and it is not allowed to start engine thats why we had an idea to make this mechman charger. imagine a very high output portable charger with a lower price compared to other portable chargers! thanks to Mechman Alternators!
