  1. Alright guys I'm really going through with it, I'm selling the Burban I have compiled a list of just about everything but I'm sure i have missed something but the list is just for those that do not know the truck or know about it

    Suburban

2006 suburban LTZ edition, 6.0L, V8 AWD, 89k miles oil changed every 3,000 miles, always kept up on maint. greasing ball joints and all steering & suspension components etc.

Just bought the 4" lift keys and the rear coil springs are off of a 2011 F350 front suspension and i also added the extra load coilovers and i still have the bags to go inside the coils if you wanted to lift the rear end a few more inches, i also just purchased new 10ply Nitto Terra Grapplers (can support over 13,000lbs) mounted on the 20" SS wheels

The truck is all done right if you wanted to drive it across the country you could.... Really reliable and nice vehicle I just put the rear buckets in it but I also still have the second and third row bench seats if anyone wanted them with it. just went through the whole truck signal wise with knukonceptz rca's and speaker wire which I have extra of and will throw in and also just re did the whole sub wiring with knu 8g inside the box and 4g speaker leads to the amps

    The list of goodys:

    12- 15" DC XLs

    3- DC 9K sub amps

1- American Bass VFL 3500.2FR highs amp

1- Sound Digital SD250.2D highs amp (pocket sized amp)

1- MB Quart onyx 80.4 super tweeter amp

    23- XS Power D3400 batteries

400'+ of 2/0 charge lines and grounds (solid copper)

200'+ of tsunami & American bass 1/0 wire from bus bars to amps

2- custom made and engraved bus bars with machine work (hidden set screws) on the top battery bank in the hatch area

    8- Crescendo MP8's 8" midrange

    2- Crescendo MP6's 6" midrange (also have 2 more 6" not installed)

6- Dayton audio 4" full ranges

4- American Bass SQ-05T super tweeters (also have 4 more not installed yet)

2- 4" Selenium super tweeter horns

    2- Selenium ST350 super tweeters

3- Singer Alternator 350amp externally regulated alts on a tejcurrent triple bracket

2- Blue Fin fully adjustable external voltage regulators ran off a stinger solenoid for great power connection (little to no voltage sway bc of the good power and added grounds)

The whole roof has been sheeted inside with 3/16" steel plate and spray foamed between the steel layer an outside roof skin (solid as a rock!)

Also the steel plate roof was drilled and taped for the 2" steel pipe adjustable stripper pole (threaded on both ends 1 being reverse threaded to extend or shorten with a twist of the pole, also the floor was plated under the truck to sandwich the floor pan with the stripper pole to ensure it doesn't rip

The doors have all got multiple layers of second skin damplifier as does the floor from the box forward

Also has 2 red stinger voltage meters to monitor voltage at the sub amps and at the highs amps, the truck also has all the wiring for an outside podium 20' stinger 9conductor wire 2- 20' 4ch stinger RCA's and an extra PAC-LC1 knob to control the sub output the truck comes with an Alpine 305x media head unit with the 3.5" screen

The front doors and A pillars are custom fiberglassed

The doors are wrapped in a color matching leather with carbon fiber inserts around the 4- 8" drivers per door and also the doors house a st350 super tweet, the A pillars house 4- SQ05T 1" super tweeters and 4- 4" Daytons

The box was designed and built by Mike Singer just a little info on the box...

It took over 14 sheets of birch ply

    4 gallons of Fiberglas resin

Gallons of wood glue and liquid nails

Hundreds of dollars spent in stainless steel hardware to bolt the 400'+ of steel used to re enforce the shell and baffles, steel includes angle iron, square tubing, round schd 80 pipe, and flat bar... Inside of the ported chamber is color matched to the truck the back wall in the hatch is covered in black suede and has a custom amp rack made of steel like the amps are floating and the front of the box (loading wall) is a custom mixed up color match wood stain and the wood is oak hard ply 4layers thick up front

The truck can do over 160db on less than 18k rms the truck is very musical it has well over a 60hz pass band

Please guys serious offers only I'm selling it for payoff, I will also take a video later today or tomorrow of the truck playing and try to go over everything...

    Thanks guys

    Blake

Also up in the for sale section guys

  2. Just curious about your score, Blake. To my knowledge the highest Mod 5 score is 163ish. I figured you were close to it.

nah i doubt it at the headrest...

but i have to get some subs in that can hold up every time i burp it i launch a cone lol

    but thanks tho mane!!

  3. Doesn't look like my other two 15s will be here by then. I'm shooting for the 28th in Lebanon or 5th in I think Fayetteville.

Also Blake I'll paypal you 20 dollars if you'll do the Sound Pressure class.

Why do you want me to do spl? My truck isnt that loud at the headrest but if I have subs that will stay together I might

  4. AR cones?...

do u have m1 XLs with an added spider or 2?

Yea I have M1 XLs with the stock cone and 1 added spider now wer looking into a few different things but I'm not sure what all he's let out of the bag so I'll wait to post up what we plan to fix this problem with...

But yes I am temporarily going to the AR cones with the back sides glassed and 1 other mod to see if that holds up if not then the next option should def fix the prob just a matter of time before its out or available :)

  5. Thanks guys and we will be pushing her a little harder next run :)

And also to give you a little insight on how hard I was running it I had little to no voltage drop lol I was holding 14v throughout the entire run....

Now you tell me 4- dc 9ks @ .5ohms each lol I should see 13's or 12's and not to mention my score just bounced around the same numbers within a few tents of the starting score :)

Trust me there is more to come!

  6. Well to start it off this past weekend at SBN in Daytona we set the new world record in Meca pnp5 with a 137.5db 6' away (for those that don't know the format)

The sub gains wer set at a little over half (roughly 1o clock) we wer being easy on it bc we stayed up all night before the show pulling and re building subs and we got them in at 4:30am and we had our run at about 9am lol no dry time, no test or play time at all....

Still went flawless and had a great time!

Just wanted to say thanks an to everyone who has helped make this build come this far and helped get the Burban down to Florida for sbn :)

Way to many to thank but here's a few-

Rusty Ana and rob @ DC

Nathan and Scottie @ XS power

    All of Team Deadly Hertz

My crew that's always behind me on everything

    Tim, Sean, Erik, Randen

    Mr Mike singer

    Knukoncepts

    Bobs garage and towing

    Richard @ Techforce

And of course my family they've put up with a lot of annoying testing, long nights, and always back me up :)

    Thanks guys

    Blake

  7. Well everyone is kinda right if that makes sense lol every time Iv metered it Iv blown something dusting testing, but that was all inside testing I had no idea what it was going to do with the new port and yes 1 sub was brand new just threw it in 3 hrs before my run so I was trying to be easy on it...

So yes I wanted to go more when we seen how good my voltage and score was during that run my voltage stayed above 14v lol that alone tells you I wasn't into it hard :)

They said I can run a third time if I'd like to and I said na I'll wait till world finals and let this score rest so I can demo the rest of the day ;)) had a good time

Glad I got to meet a ton of people!!
