  1. not sure what the dc sub like for cube and port but I would think 3 cubes after port and sub displacement should work but you realize that the box is goin to be close to 4 cubes overall I almost lost all of my trunk in my chrysler 300 and them trunks are big my box came out to a little over 3.5 cubes I have just a small sliver of trunk left just enough to fit beer and some groceries in there

i dont mind loosing all my trunk because right now my whole trunk is like my sub box..and the only space i have were the back seat is its like not that much of space and i have my amps there...amps are RF T20001bd and a 4channel amp so..

ill post a pick of my trunk how it looks now after school..

  2. 3 cube of port? your gonna have to crunch some numbers and figure out the length and width the port need to be have you talked to rusty about cube size and port length and width?

is 3 cubes small for the level 4?..the thing thats killing me is my trunk it aint that BIG..either i go with the level 4 15 or the level 2 15 i got laying around..

  3. yes don't glue in the port try it and see if not turn it around and pull the back seat so you can seal it off from the trunk and fire it into the back seat get to work so I can see if this turns out good here is a pict of mine

    002.jpg

cant see the pic because im at school right now..FTL!!!...

but yeah will do right after school..also one more thing with the sealed box im going 2.5 cu ft. and on the port 3cu ft. how can i make the port 3 cu ft??..can you give me a lil example on how would i do it?.like does it have to be long whise?..etc?..let me know bro

  4. you can do that seen 3 twelves sealed of from the trunk firing forward the port came through the package tray you can do this just fire them back into the trunkcause your seats dont fold down but if you want to do a bandpass port through ya goin to have to do it of course the other way

oh really??..haha..then im gonna try that today if it goes well and sounds well then ill keep it that way..ill post some build pics if it pounds..thanks for the help brotha!!..

  5. do you want to do a tru port thru cause ya have to figure out the two chambers the sealed chamber and the ported chamber as well as port length my buddys shop did one memphis 15 on 400 watts in a port thru the rear deck and it slammed for 400 watts but one thing about these boxes is they have a narrow bandwith within the tune of the enclosure but they hit hard if your seats don't fold down this would work great but if your seats fold down i would suggest box and port firing forward sealed off from the trunk

yeah like a thru port..i was thinking on 2 15's but since i already have one i should just use that one for now and upgrade later..and also my seats dont fold down at all..i just want to port it thru the rear deck and try to get it loud of out 2300 rms..you think you could give me some ideas or sketches bro?..you seem to know and have experience with these type of things..

  6. One fucked customer can mean many more fucked customers. When a company does something good, and has a good product, you let others know and they get sales, if they steal someone's hard earned money, as a potential customer it my right to know before buying. Argument or not, I wanna know what company is trying to screw you over.

Right now, I'm having the same bullshit with the guys that repair maxxsonics equipment. Won't mention names (CIA ENGINEERING). Amp has been out for 4 months and still no parts? Give me a fuckin break!

    your right on that brotha..

  7. do you hear the rattle though?

when i looked at it all i figured it would never work, until i took off the trunk trim panel. This gave me over 6" but left everything open and left big holes in the trunk which i realise is no good, i want all that air up front not stuck in the lid.

So i pulled some material over the trunk lid and glassed it all, i did about 5 layers of resin and some fibreglass then put some 4mm deadening on it, its now pretty damn solid so i,m hoping the airs gonna hit that and flow up front nicely.

Before i had subs and port up, it sounded very loud and did pretty hard hairtricks but only hit a 146.8 at 38hz with windows open(2 lvl5 15's on a xxx6500 , now it will be subs up port back and i just hope its still gonna move all that air but be louder too (2 lvl5 18's with a saz3500 on each).

if i hear the rattles in the outside??..fuck yeah!!..BAD..well you could hear bass and rattles so its alright IMO.. but my box is sub up port back so i dont know if thats a major difference..but i wana port my sub thru the rear deck.. and get rid of the rattle and get more bass output..

  8. Don't wait any longer....I would fill a paypal dispute the longer you put it of....well you may just end up not getting anything and losing your money....and with CS like that if you have any problems in the future good luck getting things worked out.

X2!!!!..if you wait longer they are gonna keep you like that on and off with more bullshit everyday till you dont get it at all..
