Both are at the link in my sig.
wait can you download all of your c&s songs from that page?

there is nothing wrong with the 4.6 or the 5.4 i have driven vehicles with both motors.
my 4.6 in my thunderbird and mustang never give me any problems and the power is there when you need it. and my dad has a 94 thunderbird with a 5.4 swap and its the same story. both are great motors. but i do i agree ford should have NEVER gotten rid of the 302 or 289.
-
x2 on this statement right hre. its all in how you drive the vehicle. if you have a honda 4 cyl and your pedal to the metal all the time they suck gas too.
tahoe ftw. denali 6.0 ftw.
2010 is the last year for big suv's i believe.
oh yea alpine they still make replacement parts for production vehicles. theres also scrap yards always full of them. even yours.
definately. my dad has on 05 denali. i love drivin that truck. classy, comfortable and has a nice punch lol.
i asked him if i could have it as my highschool graduation present for my new system....but of course he turned that offer down.

Trail blazer ss FTMFW. Great gas mileage with plenty of room.
Keep iti nmind just cuz gas is down now doesnt meen its going to stay that way. I wont get a v8 again unless I gots a real good job and do minimal travel. A++ for the environment. (Girl friends a tree hugger.)
not all v8's are huge gass guzzlers...yeah they dont get 50 mpg but still. my thunderbird gets 20 around town and almost 30 on the highway. its got 115k miles on it too.
i cant drive anything w/o a v8....guess its personal preference, but anything else doesnt feel right to me.
-
personally im a ford guy, but i definatly dont shut down chevy's. if i were gonna buy an suv i would buy a tahoe though. im more into the ford pickups than suv's.
navi would be nice....only because there arent a million other people doin huge systems in them.
-
Those SS ones were the fast ones superchargedor turbo V6?
nope. they weren't really that fast. they had the 305 i believe. way underpowered...but they can sure has hell light up the tires
-
that was good lol
-
sort of off topic, but has to do with the truck....are you gonna at least to a "small" system in this truck or just keep it all stock?
-
god those are bright..hope you have no rear view mirror.
What kind of glue are you using? I used a test piece yesterday of my faux suede..and the dap contact cement soaked through it if I put any pressure on it
rear view mirror?...that would serve no purpose in this truck. you cant see out the back anyway.
havent you seen whats back there? lol http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif

jl specs. but like Chris Fro Mi said, either setup could get louder than the other.
it depends on a lot...what car its going in, box design, etc....
-
depends...
-
reccommended size is 5-10 cubes...and 6 cubes would be pefect for the amount of power you are putting to it for all of the reasons people above have said.
it all depends on what kind of car you are putting this in which would be louder.... and either way its better to be safe with the smaller box so you dont destroy your sub...and the sub will eventually fail in a box that big.
take the advice people are givin you bro....they know what they are talkin about.
-
woofers look sick...congrats steve.
cant wait to see some videos of these beasts!
-
damn man thats some good news to hear.
congrats on that!

if spl is what you are looking for, between the q and bl, the bl is definatly where to go.
....im sure if you talked to scott or shawn they *may* be able to throw in some extras for you on the bl(ie. btl options), but as far as ordering directly from the website, no im pretty sure you cant get the same options on both the bl and btl.
-
it should handle it
-
subs wont make it any more dificult to get up the driveway.
and with the dc lvl...ported.
-
the weight wont do much, may even help with the traction if anything....my dads got an 03 cobra with 2 12" 9500's....you cant tell a difference in performance at all.
i wouldnt worry about "weighing it down"
-
you need to provide more info for anybody to give you suggestions...
decide what sub(s) you want...
how much space you have to work with...
type of music/what you are looking for in the system...
budget...

if ur just goin to chill wit friends, i wouldnt bother dressin up too much. dress shirt khakis nice shoes thats it.

I have it too. for some reason a googlesyndication.com ad gets loaded with the page and causes me to double back. click the down arrow next to back and see what the previous page is itll tell you. thats what mine is.
yeah its http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/cp
thats weird...
-
if thats the case, then what does the "t" in t-15kw stand for? haha
T series amp...
-
same problem here, i have to click the back button twice to go back a page, and only this site does it...
i also thought it was my slow ass computer, but i guess not.
-
with that much power and being walled...it would seem like they would be moving a lot more than that.
like earthman said check your HU settings/amp settings etc...maybe you missed something.
its definatly a nice sounding setup though. good work man.

that trailblazer ss is a beast too. my cousin has one of them. no complaints about that one.
both ford and chevy build nice cars and trucks....and both companies have their problems. get what you want and can afford like banginAltima said.
