Is there a Distribution block out there that is 1/0 in and 2 or 3 1/0 out? I can only find 1/0 in with x amount of 4ga out.
Also looking for 2/0 in with multiple 1/0 out. :
I use these....

well, if you can some how get a wedge of something in the gap, to get the top plate to center, you might be able to epoxy the outside of the magnet to the top plate, or backplate, wherever it shifted from, maybe
but I bet anything your gap will still be crooked, and might just shift back again
even a small motor like that probably still wants to pull with about 100lbs straight to that pole piece
I don't really understand exactly what his issue is. But I have an MT Destroyer that when I went to lift the motor from the basket, the pole vent shifted and grabbed on to the magnet.I can't get it centered again for the life of me cuz the magnet is too strong. Is this what he is talking about and that's why you're advising him that the magnet needs to be de-magnetized???? If not what do you advise for my issue??

Not a problem at all, I need these GONE. I need $$ to buy my new stuff.
Would you be willing to ship if i sent u a pre paid shipping label. Could I also have your zip.

Iraggi FTW!
I haven't heard too much about mechman but some people on here could tell you about that.
DC power is very good as well.
what car do you have?
I run DC Power and have had experience with Iraggi.
If Dc Power has what you need, that should be your first and last place to look.

So no MLA at all or no MLA for now, while the new special one gets made??

Shows how what goes around comes around. And this times it was GOOD. Also reminds how no matter how bad things go, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Congrats on the person you show to be and congrats on your new car!

They need to fix that properly or the install portion of what you paid for needs to back into your pocket.
What's the story they gave you for which this issue occurred?
-
Seeing how there will be a battery attached every 8" or so, current rating for the length won't really be an issue.
Wont be an issue because of the thickness of the bar?
Reason I'm asking is because im about to throw 4 alts in a tahoe that will add up to about 1,000 amps and I wanted a bar that is going to handle that current with no issues. The one I was looking into was a bar .25x1 that is rated at 450 amps. But does the amperage increase with length of the bar or does it weaken cuz I was thinking of ordering them in lengths of 48''. So (.25x1x48)
-
.375 x 2.5 x 48
How does the amperage rating on buss bars work? I know they usually have a table chart rating that goes by the thickness and width but how do you factor in the length of the bar?
-
49" wide and 26" if I remember right should keep you under headrest height. and just go as deep as need be. Just do steve's box but on a smaller scale.

Sorry to hear that man, stay up in a hard time
-
whoops I forgot to menchion that
In the right enclosure and for ur budget, u cant go wrong with a kicker 15" CVR
-
Sounds like you have a small drag somewhere. Think about it if the positive wire at the alt is 14.03 then that wire should go straight to the battery and it should read the same thing. I would start disconnecting accessories until this issue is solved.
-
Could dust build up cause the same or similar issue?????
-
kinda sounds like a timing issue

i run welding cable and the part that is out side the car has no discoloraio at all after one year and i have seen cable pulled off of welding trucks after yearrrrs of use and not noticed anything out of the ordinary as long as you keep up maintanance
What do u mean by ''keeping up maintanance''?
u mean ur conections or ends are kept clean, or what??
-
Interesting.
I guess I will get back to ya'll in a few years when my shit falls apart.
Oh sorry, thought u had asked for life span if the wire WAS oxygen free not if it WAS NOT oxygen free.
Life expectancy of the wire for NOT being oxygen free was my initial question to you sir......
-
and welding cable is typically not oxygen free, thats why i was asking.....
-
I think it is?
Besides when you solder the ends and shrink wrap them, the only exposed parts will be at the fuses.
What would the life span on it if it wasn't oxygen free anyway?
dont have an exact number but more then a few years. I've seen cheap non-oxygen free wire corode after a year or so. And it was ran inside the car. Then again it was cheap wire.
ive been told oxygen free wire is used pending on weather conditions and envirmont surrounds......
-
Best price I've seen on wire.

Fuse block and fuses. I use these on the wife's F-250
http://www.vteworld.com/content/electromec...anl/anlfuse.php
what would the life span of this wire be, since its not oxygen free? or is it?

i feel ya man. I thought theives only got dudes that that have lesser stuff cause they dont hide it well and are always willing to show off. But i guess it happens to everybody, its just a matter of when and what. I got jacked twice last year, first time for the double din, intake, red top, raidiator cap, center console and wallet. 2nd time mothafuckers towed the whole car and had their way with it. I wish id catch somebody jacking me!!!.

It's been god to me. The texting for me comes really easy on it cause learned to use my index fingers to do so. Surfing SMD is pretty god for a phone browser. Its does occasionally act up when trying to hit certain buttons on SMD but that's because some the link buttons can show really small on the screen. Over all its a really good phone. The only phone I'd switch it out for would be the I phone but that only cause I find it to be a little faster.
