That has been my thing with DB Drag. Prices have been going up every year since I started coming out. I'm not ballin' by any means by I'm doing good for myself and the $30 to enter hurts my wallet I can assume how much more that affects the people who save for years to put some decent beat in their cars.. I'm sure if the fee to enter was in the area of $10 we would have huge turn outs and the scene would grow. 15 people competing at $10 a person is better than 5 people at $30 per. Same earnings but bigger crowd which could lead to growth... Just my thought.......

I believe it's because people around here care more to just meet up and listen to each others car's than some BS competition where you have to pay $30 to enter. Even more so when they really don't care if they win or not since most people arond here tune low.

You definetly have to go to Sac to see all the DC Audio love. You might be outkasted down here for the DC gear... lol!

lol yeah, in socal its mostly Sundown and other brands.
i didn't know there where so many people in SoCal. im so close to my build finishing !
there's some 150s+ here but we all need to unite . the only organized team is . team- bass hz ... and So Cal Spl kinda fail out. but with only 1 team it kills the excitement of competing.
team bass hz should have a recruiting session or get together with socalspl or something needs to happen lol..
most people here roll solo... but mostly all the same coo people know eachother...
lol! Last year we were taking every bass race class every show it seemed like. Till Johnny added some strategic gorilla tape to his wall and started taking me out. LOL... So that did take a lot of excitment away...

Hmmmm. If people actually show up, it would be cool. Seen it so may times where all these new peeps seem so interested in comng out and then it's only the usuals that do come out.
And a few people have terms labs.

4awg will be fine. But why spend $5 on a fuse when you can buy a foot 0f 0awg for maybe $6 at an audio shop and issue fixed.

I sit back and wait for Sonic Electronix to host a comp at their facility so I can roll out with my new setup. Haha!! I have been there to pick up batteries and the parking lot in the front is of decent size. Plus, the girl at the front desk with the little diva attitude is kind of hot. She can dress up and take pic's with he show cars that come out. Lol!

Do a cost analysis between wire. Some car audio wire such as RF 1/0 and Knu 1/0 are just as big as welding 2/0. Where as Stinger 1/0 and kicker 1/0 are true to welding 1/0 wire. Well atleast the Trystar wire AWG size is.

Maybe Jon knows of a better way. I just clean out the container and fill it with water. Then spary out all the water in the container so that it cleans out the gun.

Make sure you clean the spray gun's really well after use. I have been through like four of them in the last year.
