I think i have dumped 3-30 rounders since i owned it. Just enough to know it will get hot.. I usually shoot 10rnds and set it down for a bit, shoot my pistol(s) and then rack off a few more. Damn that thing is loud.. HE HE

str86, I know one thing about the SLR. When you empty those 30 rnd mags fast, that barrel gets very very hot. LOL
