    Dude, who do you think owns the Whirlpool company? That's right Maytag, so your Whirlpool unit is just a Maytag without the Maytag name on it. To the OP, that sucks the issues your having with your Maytags. Sounds like the repair-techs comming out to the house doesn't know what he/she is doing. Only suggest I would say is that with the next applicances you buy get a longer warranty than 1 year. My Maytag washer/drye & frig are on 5+ year warranties. The heating element for the dryer and turning motor for the washer are on 10 year Maytag warranties.

    ive had my washer and dryer for about 16 months now paid about 1500$. thought i was upgradeing from my older whirlpool i had for 5 years, washed clothes and dryed every day some times more than 1 load never had a issue. within the las two month ive had the repair man out to replace the heater element in the dryer, now the washer was making a bad noise ( i think the pumps going out) today i was doing some clothes and tried to get em out the washer when it was doen now the door is stuck on lock and the waser wont start flashes lid. and the worst part the warrenty was out after 12 months. sorry just wanted to vent. if your going to buy new dont buy the ones i have i seen on line everyones having proublems

    Are you just trying to get your post count up higher? Because you could easily have put these all into 1 topic..not trying to be a dick, just wondering

    your right i could thanx i just thought it would be nice to posr seprate for the ppl who dont want to sort threw a bunch of song to find 1 song if im not sposed to post em like that sorry.

    one more thing i can care less about the fcking post count it dont help me in any way im not benafiting from it am i?
