I purchased an Fi Btl and when i hooked it up to a jl 500/1v2 amp it started to make a knocking sound everytime the bass changed from high's to low's. This was the first time it was hooked up, what could the problem be and, has anyone else had this problem?

use mdf (medium density fiberboard). yes a cnc will do that, but you can with a jig saw and router just as easily, and for alot less money. or tell me what logo you want, with size, and ill make one for you
well i really like the bow tie but what about an fi symbol, and how much would you charge
-
how would i find someone near me that can make that? and what kind of wood would i use?
-
yea but that still cost a lot of money im sure, do you think a cnc machine could do that?
-
"im know somebody here knows how though. "
what?
-
that box is not mine(unfortunatly) it was designed and built by fisher customs...
im sure it was probably just cut out of wood, smoothed and rounded off, and glued onto the box...
dang, do you know how to do that? Im not really looking to pay someone over 100 dollars to do that for me
-
you want to work the chevy logo into it or the woofer logo?
either way you would probably have to re-wrap it...
you talking about somethin like this
yea dude thats fucking sweet my box isnt wrapped anyways its sprayed but that is bad ass how did you do that and could you kinda give me what to do if you dont mind me copying
-
what do you mean "ideas to put on the front of the box"?
