The hole is only about 1" x 1/2" so its not that bad. The car is built to be really clean but I'm sure I can get over it before dropping another few hundred on another one. I did not buy it from a dealer, I actually bought it off a friend for an amazing deal ($40). Im gonna be putting about 900w rms to it.. what would be the most practical way of patching it?

I just dropped a damn screwdriver off my work bench on to my L7 and it punctured a hole in my cone. Please tell me that there is a way to replace just the cone?? If so, would Kicker sell replacements?

Registration is already finished and taken care of. Nope, not handicapped, I thought it was a loading zone inbetween the two handicap zones and my buddies and I were packing up all of our stuff. It was the white zone with diag. lines going through it. Oh well, ignorance of the law is no excuse, thanks fellas

Okay so I got the tickets for thesewhile in a state park and they are sending it to a court like 60 miles away. I got my registration renewed, think they will drop it? What should I do about the parking ticket?

Are these amps worth anything? My buddy has one and I took interest in it because its a 6 channel and its older. Would it be worth tossing him an offer at it, or are they not good for much?

Check out that yellow scion that was in the scion commercial with about a hundred other ones. When I was working on that commercial I got to sit in there for a couple hours during shooting and it has a badass fiberglassed hatch with all sony equipment. I only got one pic that isn't very good at all (phone pics ftl) let me know if you want me to upload.

Okay, so I put the amp on stereo, and hooked only one midbass up through its crossover to the amp, no tweeters or the other midbass. It played fine at low levels but as soon as i turn it up a little bit (not much at all) it just stops working, meaning the amp goes into protect? What can I do to solve this now that I already have everything here and its not working? thanks

Yeah thats what my buddy has a sony headunit with a set of infinities and it doesnt seem to affect it much, thanks

Think it will get really hot if each set only sees about 65 watts rms of power, and each channel on the amp puts out 75 rms?
Also, will an Alpine cda-9855 headunit be able to be 2 ohm stable for a set of infinity speakers?

I'm looking at getting a set of boston speakers, and running them to my Eclipse EA4000 amp. It says that the impedience on the speakers is 3 ohms, and it only says the amp is 4 ohm stable. It doesnt say it can run at 2, but nothing about 3. How would I know if it is safe to do or not? Thanks

I think What I am gonna do is epoxy a slice of milk jug on the inside of the cone, and possibly find something I can plaster over it, and then paint grey so it will only look so-so haha..
Does anyone have a suggestion on a certian type of epoxy to use or to stay away from?
I appreciate all the input!
