I found a sweet deal on a mt/basket and was wondering if I can recone it with a Fi recone?

Will I need a Fi basket? This would be my new bassrace set up if this works, so would it take 3.5-4krms for bassrace and 2500-3000 for daily?

street b world record is currently 157.8. Don't let the name fool you street on a national level is just as expensive as most of the other db drag classes. There is a big debate going on right now in drag about what to do about street classes, because the price has gotten out of hand.

They need to take the street classes and split them up into 2 different rankings, comp cars and real street beaters.

You can bassrace(and be competitive) if you can break 119.9 on music and then its more about skill then your system.(not that a good system doesnt help). I mean I have maybe 600$(amp/wire/subs/box) into my substage and we have a competitive local street-A car and a solid 129.9 bassracer.

And if its your first time at a comp most people are willing to help you out with figuring out what class your in and help you get setup. At my first I was bassracing against people with record

holding cars and others with minivans with a stock system. So you can compete with just about anything.

And to the previous poster, are you sure your alarm brain was locked? autolearn on most is turn the key to on press valet once... then once more and hold. hit lock on your remote and you're programmed.

Im pretty sure its locked. Ive tried clearing all remotes/default setting/custom setting and it still wont recognize the new remote.

Be warned, DEI(viper/python/hornet..etc) has some bad customer service, if you arent a authorized installer they wont help you at all. I called and asked about getting my brain unlocked so I could add another remote and they wouldnt tell me one thing about what I needed to do, not even to take it to an authorized installer. Good alarm...bad service.

Eventually I found out i need the bitwriter or the pc connector to unlock it.
