Newb here, but not to car audio and certainly not to firearms. I'll be getting into some of the audio forums later but figured I'd say hi in the forum I know best. With that said anyone runnng any high end bolt guns around here?

Technically....you could get 3 bottles of the GOOOD stuff for over $300 each....so depending on what time I start I just might be able to do it....but I garauntee I aint goin to work the next day...or 2.

i can re-tell my heroic story of working two jobs plus high school for three years to afford my setup that was stolen one year ago june 9th. on graduation night and how i'm a full time broke college student working full time to afford LIFE and starting my next bass racer, with slow and depressing results. you should build a lil bass racer and install it in my car!!

The 12s are going to be the new lvl4xls the amps are going to be 7ks and im going to be going with 2 of them or 3depending on how much power each 12 can take, i'm sure two RF T40001bds or two sundown 3000ds can shake their little boots off.

Saw the pictures in my last thread and they definitely look beastly, but is the dramatically increased price tag worth it? Are you actually paying for alot more performance than the level 4, or just paying for a 80 lb flashy motor? I am really interested in this product and even discussed it with Rusty, but I am just curious how it differs. From what I understand when motors get that big they loose efficiency. I read it was due to the slugs being stacked up repeatedly and something about parabolic magnetic force escaping and the magnetic flux being capped easily with a single slug (which increases efficiency of the motor by alot). Honestly, I am no speaker builder though, so I have no idea. My main question is, for the money and the big huge motor, is the level 5 really a great sub?
