    Yea i was going to go Memphis hence my screen name but i had 2 of the 1000x1 and due to a shitty install i not only blew both my speaker but i blew both my amps also so im going to go a different way = ) But i do love Memphis !!!!

    So im sitting at home watching Harry potter ( the new one dont hate ) and my brother come running in and is like theres some dude out here trying to catch a possum with a bag , :nOTE TO SELF this is the shit that American funniest home videos are made of ) So i get up and no sooner then i do the damn thing runs in the house !!! My brother starts running around like a little biznitch !!! And i close the door i tell my son to go into my room 10 mins later i find it and take a baseball (Americas fav past time bat to its head ) put it in a bag and throw it in the dumper out side , Now i could have just opened the door and let the thing out BUT............. Possums are dirty filty vile little monsters it had to die , Talk about one crazy summer so folks what would YOU have done ?

    I see where this is the best amp topic..Well I like The amp I have the American Bass VFL 150.1...Only thing is you can't really find them anymore in the Gold Chasis LIke I have...I'm Running mine at 1 ohm currently, but I was told that with the right Charging system It can run at .5 ohm and it can also Burp tones at .25 ohms...Not to mention the fact that it will accept 16 Volts...But mine is an older amp...Don't know how the newer Models are..

    Well a lot of good its going to do my if i cant find it :blush: . 5 hun thats pretty damn low how long can it play that low ?

    Iam personally waiting for my raise, and promotion to tech at my job in 3 months, them IAM saving up for the 4000SE Arc Audio amp, the rateing are the best Ive seen for a sub amp of that magnitude, the guy said it was the best amp he tested, also designed by Zed, how the hell can you go wrong with that????

    Iam willing to pay $2000 after my promotion, but hopefully it will drop even more than $1500 by then

    I think it is well worth it

    also love the dual power inputs ;-)

    Id take this over any RF any day

    Thanks man ive been looking for some infor on that amp but its like they made it in area 52 or something = ) question would 2 of these be too much for a daily driver ( on 2 18s fi btls ? ) thanks

    Whats up yea its time for me to start looking for amps , ive have some of the best and some of the worst right now i think im down to the rockford 4000.1 or the new Arc audio so which one do you think ? Ps price isnt a "real issue" so throw out some good suggestions . Oh yea my speakers are going to be ( of course 2 Fi btls 18s )

    i wouldnt mind but the cost is a little high for my budget

    well then just save your money a little longer =) you dont want to get a sub thats not what you really want just because of cost , youll only regret it later .

    I liked the movie so much when i got home i started watching all the old cartoons ( btw i have every one ) Also for those not up on game there where 3 more series after the last one that you saw on tv . Ones called headmasters victory and masterforce. Headmasters is the best Prime dies (again) sound wave and blaster get in a fight they both die Hot rod cup wheelie all quit and just fly off into space and a bunch of other stuff happens so if you liked the gen 1 cartoons then check out ebay = )

    so im thinking of getting one mojo 12 this weekend after i get paid and then another one in another 2 weeks and 2 more in the next month and a half for the wall in the mustang. not sure what kinda amp im gonna run but i know it needs to be pretty powerful, but i hear the new mojos are having problems with the interchangable baskets or some shit.

    and whats real RMS on these thing? would a mojo 2400D on each work well? or 1 per pair? what kinda cubic feet per sub should they need in your honest opinions? im wanting 150's+ with my set-up.

    becareful ,I own a pair of mojos and if you pop that dust cover off ( for some reason is easy to do ) then you might as well just hang it up. Dont get me wrong but evry mojo ive ever seen has the dust cover gone .

    That was the upgrade... those subs are LESS than 3 weeks old. The amp was 3 months old. I had the box. But you know... it is okay.. like is aid i live in a small town.. If i see a box like mine, the odds are in my favor that IT IS MY BOX. and feturing that all these punk ass bitches round here are broke ass mother fuckers, if i see subs that like mine... the odds are.. they are mine too... I have a good idea of who it was.. and i know where they live.. I am not worried about going to jail, cause my fiance's uncle is 6'2 and 300+ lbs. HE IS A BIG BIG BIG boy, and has a very very very short temper.. he dont play well with others, since he has been to prison.. :) We always tell people dont feed the bear.. :)

    anyway.. my fiance is telling me to just let it go... i got it jacked from me.. and she wants me to get the system that i want this time.. and then i am going to ingrave my name and phone number in my magnets.. so, if they ever get stollen they are worthless to who ever..

    Im glad you said that now im going to engrave my subs when i get them ! Yea when my shit got stolen on a fri and sat i slept in the truck sunday and if i would have caught them i would have no shit killed them ! But looking back now i realize that it was a bullshit stereo new or not now i know what a real stero is and ive steped my game up sorta speak. Small town you say 3 weeks old well we know that its some one you know start from there and if you find the bastards deal with it . But a stereo isnt worth killing some one over :blush: unless you catch them in tha act then its fair game.

    I have a 200.00 glass deductable. to cover teh back driverside window, but other than that.. NO INSURANCE to cover the system. car was in my driveway, less than 30 ft from my window.. the sad part was, i was up all nite.. I was right now to my window on the computer.. MY PIT NEVER BARKED. it was a snatch and grabb..

    It is okay.. I was happy with that system, but my fiance already told me.. it is ok.. you are going bigger and better with the next system.. she is going to let me run a few 18's and just go ballz out..

    FUCK THEM MOTHER FUCKERS.. THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE BEST OF ME...

    And no... no car alarm... that is getting installed next week or 2 weeks... as i start the rebuild process...

    Yea it sucks that your stuff got stolen, But the only way you can look at the situation is "hey its upgrade time " theres enough people on here that will help you rebuild your stereo. AS FOR SHOOTING THE CROOKS unless you want to be some ones boyfreind i wouldnt advise it . My truck got broken in to not once but twice in a 2 day time period ! I was pissed but that situation allowed my (6 months later ) to get a real stereo so keep ya head up.
