So today i decided i am going to stick with my tline in my truck for a while or until i can get some good 18s and i am going to resin and glass this box so i needed to take it out of the truck so i figured i could do a little testing i poped in a 50hz test tone and put it on repeat
the voltage
this with the gain half way up i would put it a little higher to get the the full wattage out of it
which is around 1100-1200 watts
all i can say is wow i wouldnt ever set my gain this high but it did put this out for about 3 mins or so straight and the amp did get a little warm but not hot with the gain all the way up and 0 bass boost
this is around 3500 watts! wow i would ever do this but it shows that this amp is more than capable of putting out more than rated
i may get flamed for this but i thought id share the results with everyone who doesnt like sundown or doesnt know about the brand

i have this fi q its pretty hold the spiders and surround are soft they need to be replaced i am willing to trade for another 15 plus cash on my end or 150 shipped

well basicly i dont know if you have seen my little build in the members show off section but i built that t line and was wondering how successful the nightshade would be the box has 120 sq inchs of port and has around 9.1 ft or port length so its tuned fairly low somewhere around 29hz iirc i was just wondering if it ill work. i have heard people say its horrible on a sub to tune lower than fs on subs is that true?

will it be able to play around 25hz on music and do it loudly? or are the fs a little too high? power coming from a 1500d

if your using a mono amp just connect sub+ to amp+ then sub- amp- on both subs the amp will parallel for you

the last 8 i could find anywhere should be here shortly they are brand new

why not go lvl 4 xl 15 and get a good amount of air space? unless you can pull some more airspace out of the trunk

Yes we do have amps, We did them just for one distributor thats not in the US. We have a 3000.1 , 2000.1 , 1000.1 and a 120X4 the monos are all 1 ohm strappable amps. Im not sure we want to get involved in selling them in the US. Thats why there not on the website but those are our amps just to clear it up
