  1. You'll likely be much happier with 4-6 quality AGM batteries capable of producing large amounts of current. Some suggestions are Stinger, North Star, XS Power...

Ok thanks I'll look forward into that but I might back off on that batcap battery do you think 5 hc2400 kinetiks would be enough to power one stetsom 14K2D all day everyday because each hc2400 has 2600 amps and im buying five of them so that would be a total of 13000 amps.

  2. Thats for damn sure,Not saying there subs arent any good, but also not saying there isnt better out there either

Yeah I feel you just wanted to see what people were going to say, But the LMS is a badass sub you gotta admit :) Handles 5K stock could give it 8k safe prolly.

  3. the btl is cheaper and better quality but if you want the best get a digital designs 950018 there so bad ass and you can put 4k to em no problem on daily even know rms is 15oo but they wake up a bunch with 4-5k on them only problem is you need like a month to break em in

That sound awesome but the RD handles up to 4000rms to

  4. not

How much better is the btl than the RD Heavyweight? like what all is it missing. Because people keep telling me the RD is better for some reason. For instance this one guy told me to go with the RD because he has 2 15 inch RD Heavyweights in a tahoe hitting 154db @ 38hz. What do you think?

  5. i agree with everyone with the bass boost and also dont make an overly large box..8cu ft after displacment and 3500wrms do not mix..you be cool just use common sense...

So you guys are saying I can give it the whole 3500+rms but dont turn up the bass boost and I'll be fine?? becuase my subs are going to be getting a lil over 6 cubes a piece that is'nt too much for that much power is it???

  6. I've seen the new Sundown amp (3500d) and I plan on buying it but I need to know one thing before I do. Can a btl fully loaded handle 3500+ rms for long periods of time without blowing??? Also will I get a 3db increase since thats almost double the btls rated power or not????

  7. No. You're assuming way too many gains. You might get it all built and only hit high 40's.

For example, we had a wall in a Street Max car, we doubled the power to the subwoofers and gained NOTHING.

You may be right but just like everyone says: "It depends on the install and we cant just determine how many db's we'll hit it's impossible, thats what termlabs and db competions are for". So I need to stop asking how much db I'll hit and get to work right guys???
